After nearly a decade inside Big-4 firms in the Netherlands and the Dutch Caribbean, Roxanna kept noticing the same gap: businesses didn't just need someone to check the boxes — they needed a partner who could translate complex financial and audit issues into something clear, and then help them actually act on it. That's the gap Artha was built to close.
Clients describe her as the person who shows up prepared, asks the questions that actually matter, and stays involved until a problem is genuinely solved — not just filed away. That same instinct for sharing what she knows shows up outside client work too: Roxanna teaches part-time, and serves on the board of the Dutch Caribbean Accountants Association (DCAA), contributing to the development of the profession across the region.
